先下载 NI_Circuit_Design_Suite_11_0_1.exe
直接复制 ftp://ftp.ni.com/evaluation/EWB/ ... gn_Suite_11_0_1.exe 到迅雷也可以，
接着下载密匙程序，
安装如下：
1：先确保你的网络断开（拔网线或者关闭网卡）
2：运行安装程序选好路径就点Unzip，解压到目标后会自动运行安装程序（win7的要关闭后去到目标文件夹右键用管理员权限运行安装，
要不然你会发现安装完了会发现不见了一些东西，建议安装在C盘外，Win7安装在C盘的话会有些东西看不见）
3：安装程序里面写入序列号（using serial的那个，也就是第三个） F44G44444 ，这个好像可以乱来的！
4：取消在线更新（原话Uncheck: Request the installer to contact National Instruments......）
5：安装。。。。。。。。。

如果你是新的NI Multisim的跟随下一个程序：
1。请确保您是从Internet断开
2。的unrar解压缩和。
3。安装程序使用串行：F44G44444时（许多人要感谢F4CG集团）询问。
4。取消选择：要求安装程序联系NI ......
5。安装将结束与有关更新服务错误... （因为断开互联网）
6。单击确定以终止UpdateService.exe
7。选择重新启动之后（其实不需要重装）。
8。使用凯基（kg_v1101.exe）生成的许可证。
9。安装许可证文件使用NI许可证管理器。
10。只是为未来（笑）当然。删除所有原始*.立法会文件：
\ Program Files文件\国家仪器\共享\许可证管理\许可证
11。尽情享受吧！

If you are new to NI Multisim follow the next procedure:
1. Make sure you are disconnected from the Internet
2. Unzip and unrar.
3. Install program using serial:F44G44444 when asked for (many thanks go to the F4CG group).
4. Uncheck: Request the installer to contact National Instruments......
5. The installation will end with an error about the update service... (because of the disconnected Internet)
6. Click OK to terminate UpdateService.exe
7. Choose Restart Later (actually not needed to reload).
8. Use the keygen (kg_v1101.exe) to generate the licenses.
9. Install license files using NI License Manager.
10. Just to be sure for the future (lol). Delete all the original *.lc files in:
\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\License Manager\Licenses
11. Enjoy!
